Ploughshare Mixer

Ploughshare Mixer by Cybernetik Technologies provides rapid, uniform, and lump-free blending of materials in batches of up to 5000 litre capacity. Useful for mixing ingredients in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, the equipment comes in a SS304 / SS316 make.

Available in capacities from 500 to 5000 litres, Cybernetik Technologies also offers the blender in capacities as required. Inlet and outlet diameters can be different and span from 150 to 300 NB in steps of 50 NB.

Following additional features empower the Ploughshare Mixer deliver better performance:

• Explosion-resistant ATEX construction for flame-proof area when handling inflammable material. Sugar dust, for example, is an explosive material.
• Side Cutters, Choppers, and Intensifiers for lump size reduction and additional shear. This is an extension of the liquid injection feature that we noted in the Highlights section.
• Teflon coating for minimal material sticking ensures that cleaning and maintenance takes minimum time and effort. Plus, there is no loss of material in the mixing process.
• Temperature control via Heating / Cooling Jacket adds or removes heat as required for specific applications.
• Automation enabled with multiple Mixers.
