Big Bag Unloading System

Cybernetik's Big Bag Unloading System is a systematic and dust free solution for unloading large bags of up to 1500 kg capacity. It finds application in the Food, Pharmaceutical, and Chemical industries.

Material contact parts of the equipment are made of food-grade SS316. The frame is available in Carbon Steel and Mild Steel. The system can be customized to handle bags of various capacities ranging from 300 kg to 1500 kg.

Dust free unloading is an important feature given the effect that dust has on the hygiene and safety of the plant. Sugar dust, for example, is potentially explosive when accumulated in sufficiently dense concentrations. Besides, dust lowers the hygiene standards of the ambience.

Safety Guard with Door Switch further improves the safety of the set up. Pneumatic Clamp holds the bag firmly during unloading and the Chain or Rope Hoist lifts the bag easily and smoothly.
