The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
The candidate will be solely responsible for new business acquisition across multiple regions and multiple industries. The right candidate should be able to build rapport with contacts and nurture them all the way from the first introduction to finally closing the deal.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Robotic Automation, Food Processing & Packaging, Material Handling and End-of-Line Automation industry.

Job Description: Role and Responsibilities:
- Strong in sales, business development, networking, lead nurturing, and relationship building.
- Should be strong with negotiations and closing deals.
- Knowledge of manufacturing, engineering & basic concepts.
- Travel to client sites in India & globally for understanding the requirement, feasibility study, input data collection, and site location details capturing, deal closing etc.
- Should be great with Microsoft 365 – Excel, Powerpoint, Word for techno-commercial proposal preparations.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reports for sales performance, team performance.
- Should update the CRM regularly with for leads, contacts & deals.
- Interaction with project personnel to verify technical & commercial aspect of the requirement and if it is new/repeat enquiry.
- Interaction with design department to verify the parameters suggested to client before submitting the quote.
- Should be structured and organized in building relationships with leads and continuously following to build sales
pipeline.
