Finance Controller
As the Finance Controller at Cybernetik, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the financial operations of the organization. Reporting directly to the Directors of the Cybernetik, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and driving financial efficiency across the organization. Along with this dealing with the banks, managing credit line and required audit and reporting will be the major responsibilities.

Qualifications:Â
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) preferred.
- Proven experience (5 to 8 years) in a mid-level finance role, preferably within the automation or project management industry.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Job Description: Role and Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and manage the company’s financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insightful financial recommendations to senior management for decision-making purposes.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Present financial performance reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Ensure transparency and integrity in financial reporting processes.
Cost Management and Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze costs, expenses, and financial performance against budget and forecast.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain robust cost control measures across departments and projects.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, laws, and standards.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks and safeguard company assets.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as required.
Strategic Decision Support:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business growth objectives.
