Big Bag Unloading System

Cybernetik’s Big Bag Unloading System enables systematic, dust-free unloading of large bags of up to 1500 kg. Its frame is made of carbon steel or stainless steel, and its material contact parts of SS316 for a hygienic, GMP built.

• Smooth unloading via Bag Support Flap or Massager.
• Pneumatic Clamp for bag holds the bad steady during the unloading operation. 
• Dust-free discharge with Dust Extraction Port maintains a sanitized and clean ambience. 
• Chain / Rope Hoist for bag lifting. 
• Safety Guard with Door Switch protects the personnel on the shop floor.
